Overview: Dr. Leonard Polinski is a dedicated internal medicine and primary care physician serving the Pittsburgh area for over four decades. He prioritizes a patient-first approach, focusing on helping adults maintain their health, mobility, and independence through personalized, hands-on care.
Specialties & Areas of Care: With expertise in internal medicine and geriatrics, Dr. Polinski manages complex conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, arthritis, and chronic kidney disease. His treatment plans often integrate physical therapy and strength training to ensure comprehensive wellness.
Education & Training: Dr. Polinski earned his medical degree from Universidad Central del Este in 1983. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at McKeesport Hospital/UPMC Medical Education.
